Filters Pouring
Machine serves for the fixing of filters in the case by pouring PU mixture during rotation.
Strong frame is epuipped with the travelling wheel and set screws. It serves for the containers storing of PU components. , dosing pumps with drive, pneumatic travelling line with the mixing head and movable arm with the control switchboard. There is also the rotary carousel placed.
Rostfest pressure containers for PU components
are completly made of rostfest metal plate. Each of the container take in 30 l om material. In the lower part there is a outlet orifice with the stop-cock and with the continuous-flow filter for pick up of contaminants. Each container is closed by the removable cover and this cover is locked by reversible screw. Safety pressure valve, manometer for displaying of pressure in container, cock for supply of pressure air and electromotor for mixer of material are placed on the cover. Both containers are equipped with the sensors for level of material. The conatiners are duplicate (with double-shell) for connection of heating aggregate..
Dosing of components
- two precise dosing gear pumps with gearboxes and electromotors
- components are filtered before entering to pumps
- sensoring of pressure of components on the outlet, with the blocking of pumps process at overcoming of maximal set pressure
Arm of mixing head
- is fixed with pneumatic longitudidal movement of head
- the space of head movement is covered manualy by movable cover
- 4 positions of head: for service, for wasching
- splashing out, pouring A, pouring B
- work positions are set by the contactless switch
Head
- low- pressure, recirculated, with the closing of outlet nozzle
- inlet for rinsing by medium and blowing up
- mixer driven by electromotor mixed both components
- setting of mixer revolutions dispayed on the touch LCD display in rev/min.
- is equipped with the optic sensor, which prevent from the pouring into the empty container
Mixing head rinsing
- rostfest pressure container for rinsing medium with volume of 45l
- continuous indication of medium level on the main switchboard
- rinsing and blowing up by electromagnetic valves (emergency manual control included)

- control of mixer electromotors and dosing pumps
- switch on/off of electromotor for head mixer

- setting of dosing for first splash, the other splashes, pouring and calibration [ml]
- time of pouring in 0,01 s is automatically counted from each given dose and flow volume
- counter of pouring cycle, rinsing, operating hour, components consumption and number of products
- setting of production batch for regular notice to the number of made products
- setting of pouring position, speed of filter rotation
- setting of speed and time of cycles of stirrer running of POLYOL and IZOCYANATE
- displaying "WASHING NEEDY" if material stays in the head without the rinsing longer than is set
- possibility of prevention of changes technological parameters per password
- running message (loss and minumum level, loss of pressure air etc.)
- fault message (fault of breakdown switch, fault of buttons etc.)
