The equipment designed for quick, simple mixing of PU components directly from the drums.It is mainly intended for packaging products. The machine guarantees the production of protective covers made of polyurehtane foam (casting in the bag) to ensure compliance with the customer requirements to develop accurate and rapid pads filling cavities.

The blending device type RM 0179 uses PU components that are available on the Czech market.

Basic technical parameters

• As resevoirs for the PU components (isocyanate + polyol): 200 l drums (not the subjet of delivery)
• Dosing barrel pumps with electric drive and smooth speed control
• Variable mixing ratio
• Performance: 20 – 60 g/s
• Multi-temperature hoses: 20 – 70°C
• Mixing head without rinsing
• Possibility of processing applications such as hard polyurethane foams for verification
• Labor and technological parameters are set and controlled by PLC.
