The unit is used for cutting of plastic materials, for the further processing.

The main parts of this machine are the steel frame with the working table, hydraulic linear cylinder with the cutting knife with sliding cover, leads and hydraulic system, electro installation with electric chamber, covers, doors for insertion and stand out of material with locking device and limit switches. The steel frame consists from working plate, welded profiles JAECKEL as a web and head for fastening of the linear hydromotor with working stroke 1000 mm by four screws. The holder of the knife is fixed on the bottom part of the head with the leads, which are welded on the frame. The slot for the exchange of the cutting knife is in the leads.
